摘  要:面向空间润滑中常采用的被动润滑不及时的问题,提出一种主动润滑方法。为了达到主动润滑的目的,提出了一种结构简单易于加工的压电微喷润滑装置。压电微喷装置的固有频率和振型对液滴形成和喷射效果具有重要作用。首先建立考虑压电-流固耦合和压力波传播效应的等效模型。进而利用有限元法对整个装置的固有频率和相应的振型进行分析。最后利用激光测振仪对整个机构实际的振型和固有频率进行测量。通过结果对比验证此流固耦合模型的有效性和方法的实用性。A positive-feed lubrication method was proposed to overcome the deficiencies of passive-feed lubrication method for space applications.To achieve the purpose of positive lubrication,a piezoelectric micro-droplet generator with simple structure and production convenience was developed.Natural frequency and vibration mode shape are both important for the droplet formation and ejection.An equivalent model considering the piezoelectric structure-liquid interaction and the effect of transmission of the pressure wave was presented and finite element analysis was used to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode shape.Laser doppler vibrometer was then used to measure and check the actual vibration mode shape and natural frequency.Validity of the structure-liquid finite element model and practicability of the method were both proved by comparing the results.
