摘　　要：对120阀试验台现存的问题进行了分析,提出了对试验方法、硬件结构和软件部分的技术改进方法,改进后的120阀试验台及配套试验方法既能对120阀也能对120-1阀进行准确、全面的性能试验。改进的试验台及程序在全路所有120阀的生产及检修单位得到了推广运用。This paper analyzes the existing problems of the 120 type brake control valve test rack,and proposes the technical improvement methods for test standard and hardware and software part.Both the 120 and 120-1 control valve can be tested accurately and roundly on the improved test rack by using associated test standard.With the implementation of No 199 document of 2007 issued by China MOR（An notice regarding the issuance ＂The test standard of the 120 type control valve on the test rack＂）,all manufacturers and maintenance departments of the 120 type control valve begin to use the improved test rack and test program.
