摘　　要：结合国内外创新教育的成功经验,提出了体育院(系)体育教师快速改变教学观念,加强职后培养和完善评价体系等一系列建议,以推行创新教育的实施,培养有创新能力的复合型人才。Based on the successful experiences of innovative education at home and abroad,this paper proposed a series of suggestions about PE teachers changing teaching concepts quickly,strengthening post-occupation training and perfecting evaluation system in order to promote the implementation of innovative education and cultivate compound talents with innovative abilities.
