摘　　要：办刊质量是学报的立足之本.处于竞争弱势的地方院校学报,要在强刊林立中有一席之地,就必须创新办刊理念,重视载文质量,加强编辑队伍建设,以此提升学报的竞争力.The papers＇ quality is always the basis of a journal.In light of the disadvantageous position,the journals of local colleges should keep on creating and innovating,attach weight to the quality of papers and strengthen editors＇ ability,so as to improve the competitiveness of local college journals.
