摘　　要：目的探讨咽旁颞下区穿刺活检术的临床应用。方法用自动活检枪行经皮穿刺活检术4例。结果 4例均得到定性诊断,无并发症发生。结论咽旁颞下区经皮穿刺活检术成功率和诊断符合率高,并发症少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate a method for cut needle biopsy for parapharyngeal infratemporal area neoplasms. Methods Cut needle biopsy was performed on 4 cases of parapharyngeal infratemporal area neoplasms, with automatic biopsy gun. Results All reaehed the right positions, all had the fight qualitative diagnosis, and no complications were produced. Conclusion Cat needle biopsy of parapharyngeal infratemporal area neoplasms has a high success rate and diagnostic accuracy rate with little complication. It is worth being clinically applied.
