摘　　要：在论及企业过程再造（ＢＰＲ）的产生背景和实施障碍的基础上，着重探讨了ＢＰＲ实施过程中人的因素，指出了在此过程中产生影响或起主导作用的４种人──倡导者、赞助者、执行者和目标者，深入分析了这４种人在ＢＰＲ实施过程的各个阶段应起的作用、产生的影响以及完成的任务。Based on the analysis of the background situation for the creation of BPR and the obstacles in the implementation of BPR, this paper mainly studies the human factor in the implementation of BPR. The four types of people──initiators, supporters, executors and target──are recognized and their influence and leading roles in BPR are studied, with the in-depth analysis of the roles they should Play, the possible influences and the tasks they should accomplish in verious stages in BPR.
