摘　　要：探索人类辅助生殖技术专科病案的管理方法,建议采用一对夫妇共使用一本病案,设唯一病案号,终身利用。此病案由专人、专柜,生殖中心负责保管,并建立健全专科病案管理制度和工作方法,质量监控措施,做好病案管理,满足该专科技术研究利用。To investigate the management strategies of human assisted reproductive technology department.It is recommended that a couple should use one medical record together with unique number lifetime.The medical record is managed by reproductive centre with special person and counter,meanwhile,management system,strategies and quality monitor measures of medical records in special department were also established and improved to achieve superior medical records management and satisfy the demands for research.
