摘　　要：电子病案是医院信息系统的核心,是计算机技术和网络技术在医疗领域应用的必然产物,是现代化医院质量管理和病案管理的必然趋势。电子病案具有信息全面与共享、归档及时、信息检索便捷等特点。本文对电子病案应用中存在的质量管理、标准化、法律效力与安全等问题进行了系统的分析,并提出了相应的解决建议。Electronic medical records,as the core of information system of hospital,are the inevitable outcome of computer and network technology in the medical field.Electronic medical records are characterized by comprehensive information sharing,timely filing and fast information retrieval,the problems existing in the implementation of electronic medical records,such as quality management,standardization,legal effect and safety,were analyzed systematically,and corresponding suggestions to resolve above problems were also proposed.
