覆膜工艺条件对预涂膜覆膜质量影响研究

摘　　要：为研究预涂膜覆膜质量的影响因素,得到最优的覆膜工艺参数,通过实验,使用IGT印刷适性仪在一定印刷条件下打样,分别在不同的覆膜工艺条件(温度、压力和速度)下对各印刷样张进行覆膜,测试各样张的剥离强度,探讨覆膜工艺中的温度、压力、速度对预涂膜复合质量的影响,确定出一套在现有实验条件下的最佳覆膜工艺参数。结果表明,覆膜印品的剥离强度随温度的升高、压力的增大而提高,随速度的增大而减小,协调匹配好上述几个工艺条件,可得到最优的覆膜工艺参数。In order to study the important influent factors on the quality of Pre-coating laminating film,and to obtain a set of premium parameters,firstly used IGT printability tester to proof under the specified printing conditions and measured the peel strength of those tested strips at different process conditions（temperature,pressure and speed）.Then discussed the influence of laminating temperature,pressure and speed,and the optimum lamination parameters were determined on the experimental condition.The results showed that the peel strength increased with the increasing of temperature and pressure and decreased with the increasing of lamination speed and a set of premium parameters could be obtained under the basis of the well controlling of those three parameters.
