32例中、重度牙周炎种植修复早期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察32例中、重度慢性广泛型牙周炎患者行牙种植修复的早期临床疗效。方法:对32例局部牙缺失、无全身性系统性疾病,牙周炎病情控制良好,临床诊断为慢性广泛型牙周炎的患者,共植入38颗Rplace种植体,种植后观察12～15个月。结果:有1例1颗种植体骨整合失败、拔除,37颗种植体骨整合良好,早期成功率为97.37%。结论:在中、重度慢性广泛型牙周炎病情得到良好控制的情况下,行牙种植修复短期效果良好,长期效果有待继续跟踪观察。Objective： To investigate the clinical results of implantation in 32 patients with chronic extensive periodontitis.Methods： 32 localized edentulous patients with chronic extensive periodontitis and without systemic health who received 38 Rplace implants were studied.The patients were followed up for 12～15 months after implants placed.Results： There were 1 implant failure and removed.37 implants had a good osseointegration.The success rate was 97.37%.Conclusion： The clinical outcome of dental implants in selected group of patients with well controlled medial and severe chronic extensive periodontitis is satisfied.Further investigations and clinical trials is needed to determine the long term survival of implants in patients with chronic extensive periodontitis.
