我院“六困生”帮扶工作的探索与实践

摘　　要：大学生困难群体是高校思政工作的重点对象，困难大学生的帮扶工作是高校思想政治教育的难点。本文结合我院近年来针对困难学生群体思想政治工作的实践，归纳了我院该群体中存在“家庭经济困难、学业困难、就业困难、心理困难、身体困难、守纪困难”等六类学生即“六困生”，学院通过构建帮扶体系、制定帮扶机制开展思政工作，取得了较好效果。The relatively poor students in colleges are the important objectives to he helped in the college ideological and political work. And the work to help them is also the main difficulty in the college ideological and political education. This paper, from the practice of the college ideological and political work done to help the poor students in our college in the recent years, concludes that there exists actually in our college such six types of poor students as those who have the ＂difficulties in family income, school work, employment, psychology, body and abiding by disciplines＂ , etc.. Our college has got the better results from building the helping system, carrying out the ideological and political work through working out the helping system.
