水解聚马来酸酐绿色合成工艺及其在合成过程中应注意的问题

摘　　要：以水为溶剂,27.5%H2O2为引发剂,在自制催化剂的作用下,生产出符合要求的水解聚马来酸酐产品。本方法消除了传统工艺对环境的污染,大大缩短了反应时间。本文论述了在合成过程中应注意的细节问题,对其工业化生产的实现有一定的指导意义。Using the water as solvent,27.5% as initiator,in the effect of catalyst,the hydrolyzed polymaleic anhydride that coincide desire was produced.The method cleared up the pollution to environment with the traditional technics,greatly shortened the time of reaction.The detail in the process of synthesis was discussed.
