摘　　要：技术创新对于中小企业的生存与发展具有重要的作用,战略联盟的组织模式适应中小企业技术创新的要求。该文通过论述中小企业技术创新战略联盟的内涵,指出了中小企业技术创新选择战略联盟组织模式的必然性,并分析了中小企业技术创新战略联盟组建的基本原则,论证了战略联盟模式对于中小企业技术创新的促进效应。Technique innovation is important for the survival and development of medium and small-sized enterprise.The organization mode of strategy alliance should meet the demands of technique innovation.This paper states the connotation of strategy alliance organization of technique innovation of medium and small-sized enterprise,points out the necessity of selecting organization mode,analyzes establishment principle,states strategy alliance mode has promotion effect on technique innovation of medium and small-sized enterprise.
