摘  要:选择46 kg左右的杜长大三元杂交猪60头,随机分成两组(试验组,发酵床猪舍;对照组,传统水泥地面猪舍),每组3个重复,每个重复10头猪,在日粮配方相同的情况下进行饲养试验、屠宰测定和肉品质量检测。结果表明:日增重(840~874 g)、料肉比(3.01~3.1),试验组略优于对照组,而饲料成本试验组比对照组每头降低20.7元(按增重90 kg计算);眼肌面积、瘦肉率试验组比对照组分别提高21.5%(P〈0.05)和3.04%。发酵床猪舍对猪肉品质及肌肉化学成分、氨基酸含量无明显影响,但能显著提高肌肉中粗脂肪、精氨酸的含量,粗脂肪提高15.12%(P〈0.05),精氨酸提高12.58%(P〈0.05);发酵床猪舍不会造成肌肉中铜、铅、砷、汞、镉、铬的残留超标。结果显示,采用发酵床养猪技术能改善胴体品质,节省用水,特别是猪舍臭味明显减少,无粪尿污水外排。Sixty D×L×Y pigs(46 kg) were randomly divided into 2 treatments(experimental group: fermented floor(Bio-Bed) system;control group: cement floor system) with 3 replicates of 10 pigs per replicate.The effects of fermented floor(Bio-Bed) system on growth performance,carcass traits and meat quality in finishing pigs were studied.The results showed that experimental group increased the ADG,reduced F/G.Feed cost was reduced 20.7 Yuan,Loin eye muscle area and lean meat rate were increased 21.5 % and 3.04 % separately compare with those of control group.There were no significant effect on meat quality,muscle composition and amino acid composition of muscle in fermented floor(Bio-Bed) system,but EE and Arg in muscle were significantly improved 15.12% and 12.58%(P0.05).The vestigital of Cu,Pb,As,Hq,Cd and Cr in muscle were under of limits.It was concluded that the fermented floor(Bio-Bed) system could improve carcass quality,save water,reduce stink of hog,and have no fecaluria effluent stream.
