摘  要:目的 观察UIHT 对淋巴细胞微核率及染色体畸变的影响。方法 随机抽取病例40 例,对同一病例在UIHT 治疗前、治疗5 次和10 次后分别采肘正中静脉血各1 次,经肝素抗凝,按常规微量全血培养制备并观察外周血淋巴细胞微核率及染色畸变的变化。结果 发现淋巴细胞微核率及染色体畸变在治疗前和治疗后随治疗次数的增加有升高趋势,但均在正常值的范围内,3组试验经统计学处理无显著性差异(P> 0.05) 。结论 UIHT 治疗疾病只能是一种诱变剂,可通过体内代谢诱发SCE。Objective The study is to observe the effect of UIHT on lympha cell micronucleus ratio and chromatosome abnormity. Methods The heparin anticoagulated elbow midvenous blood was collected from 40 random selected patients prior to UIHT or treatment for 5 and 10 times respectively.The minimus blood sample was regulaly cultured and prepared for oberving the change of micronudeas ratio and chromatosome abnormity of peripheral lympha cells. Results The lympha cell micronucleus ratio and chromatosome abnomity have a tendency to increase associatied with the increase of treatment times.There are no significant statistic difference among those three trail groups(P>0.05). Conclusion UIHT is only akind of inductor for treating the disease,which incluses SCE through metabiolism in vivo,however it has no significiant effect on micronucleus ratio and chromatosome abnomity.
