摘　　要：目的:采用高压氧联合克林澳综合治疗脑外伤癫痫与常规治疗脑外伤癫痫疗效比较。方法:高压氧联合克林澳综合治疗脑外伤癫痫组83例,对照组45例。结果:高压氧联合克林澳综合治疗脑外伤癫痫,癫痫发病病程愈短,高压氧联合克林澳治疗愈早,疗效愈好。多个不同的发作类型,疗程结束的脑电图显示均有显著改善,其中以单纯部分性发作类型及全面性发作类型患者尤为明显。结论:高压氧联合克林澳综合治疗脑外伤癫痫是一种有效的治疗手段.Objective：By Australian comprehensive treatment adjunct joint klingenberg tbi epilepsy seizures with conventional treatment tbi.Methods：Hyperbaric treatment Macao jointly klingenberg tbi epilepsy cases and control group 83 45 cases.Results：The Australian joint klingenberg hyperbaric treatment head-injured epilepsy seizures,the shorter duration,hyperbaric oxygen therapy as joint klingenberg Australia,curative effect was better.Many different types of attacks,the treatment of eeg display end,which significantly improved with partial onset seizures simple types and comprehensive attack types especially.Conclusion：Combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy--Australian comprehensive tbi epilepsy might be an effective treatment methods.
