摘 要:食药用菌是食用菌与药用菌的合称,其栽培方式相同或相近,使用方向相近或各有不同。菌种的驯化、选育、提纯复壮、扩繁等在食药用菌栽培中有着重要的作用。有些菇友往往在菌种质量的某些方面注意不足,如菌种的温型、种性、营养方式、菌龄等,使栽培出现问题甚至失败。而在不增加生产成本的条件下,采用优良菌种的经济效益较一般品种为高。因此,生产优良的菌种是食药用菌栽培中的一个极其重要的环节,菌种在食药用菌栽培中的重要作用是不可忽视的。Edible and medicinal fungi combine with edible fungi and medicinal fungi,both of them have the same or similar cultural method and similar or different directions for use. Domestication, breeding, propagation, purification and rejuvenation of culture are very important in growing period of edible and medicinal fungi. Part of people are often not pay attention to some areas to cause the problems of cultivation or even failure, such as character, nutritional method and so on. And the success and failure of cultivation relies on the quality of culture. Based on no increase in the cost of production, economic efficiency of good culture was higher than ordinary one. So, good culture is the essential link and important rose in growing period of edible and medicinal fungi.
