胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤临床诊治分析

摘　　要：目的总结并探讨胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的临床特点、诊断、治疗经验以及患者的预后情况。方法回顾性分析11例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤患者的临床资料、治疗情况、术后并发症以及患者预后情况。结果 11例患者均出现临床表现或临床体征而就诊;肿瘤位于胰头1例,胰体为2例,8例位于胰尾部;所有病例均经过术后病理确诊,手术切除是其主要的治疗方法,且预后好,无死亡病例,生活质量未受影响。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤多见于青年女性,主要以手术切除治疗,预后良好。Objective To summarize and explore the experience of diagnosis,therapy and prognosis in solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas. Methods The clinical data,treatment,postoperative complications and prognosis of the 11 cases were retrospectively studied. Results All of the cases were founded because of clinical complaints. There was only one case whose tumor located in the pancreatic head,2 cases in the body, others were in tail. All of the cases were proved by the pathology. And resection was considered to be the optimal choice for SPTP. It had a favourable prognosis. There was no fatal case. And the quality of life were not affected. Conclusion Surgical treatment is the best management for the patients,solid-pseudopapillary tumor of the pancreas is affecting primarily young women. and it has satisfying prognosis.
