摘　　要：目的探讨自体骨髓干细胞移植结合口服中药治疗慢性肝功能衰竭的疗效。方法自体骨髓干细胞在体外分离后移植至体内在肝脏中生长分化为具有功能的肝细胞,结合口服中药治疗。结果使损伤的肝功能恢复重构。结论自体骨髓干细胞移植,使损伤的肝功能恢复重构,不存在免疫排斥反应,安全有效,价格低廉,具有良好前景。Objective To investigate the autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation combined oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic liver failure effects. Methods of autologous bone marrow stem cells in vitro after the separation from the body in the liver transplant growth and differentiation of functional liver cells,combined treatment of oral medicine. The result that functional recovery of liver injury reconstruction. Conclusion Autologous bone marrow stem cell transplantation,so that functional recovery of liver injury reconstruction,there is no immune rejection response,safe,effective,inexpensive,has good prospects.
