维生素C不同频率点眼对早期兔角膜碱烧伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的比较1次h维生素C点眼与高频率维生素C点眼治疗角膜碱烧伤的效果。方法成年家兔24只,制作角膜碱烧伤模型,随机分为对照组、1次/h维生素C点眼用药组、高频率点眼组,分别于碱烧伤后1d、3d、5d、7d、14d角膜荧光素钠染色,计算角膜上皮修复率;观察角膜上皮pH值情况;不同时点制作病理切片,光镜观察。结果角膜碱烧伤后1d、3d、5d、7d、14d比较角膜上皮修复率,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),高频率维生素C点眼组优于1次/h点眼组及对照组。病理组织学结果显示:高频率维生素C点眼组角膜上皮愈合好,基质层胶原纤维排列整齐且炎细胞浸润少。结论高频率维生素C点眼对兔角膜碱烧伤的疗效较好。Objective This study is to evaluate the efficacy of conventional frequency vitamin C point eye joint night with high frequency forged injected vitamin C point eye joint night compared forged injection.Methods Twenty-four rabbits were submitted to alkali-burn in the right cornea prior to any of the three treatments（n=8 each）： control,Conventional frequency eye joint by injection group forged at night,High frequency in the day with additional subconjunctival injection of vitamin C at night.Corneal fluorescein staining was performed at 30min,1,3,5,7 and 14 days after the alkali-burn,and the recovery of corneal epithelium were evaluated and its pH measured.Samples collected at each time points were analysed by microscopy.Results The distinction of comparison between cornea alkali burns after 1d,3d,5d,7d and the repair rate of corneal epithelium has the significance of statistics（P 0.05）.The group of High frequency vitamin C point eye of junction of vitamin C at night is better than the group of Conventional frequency eye use in the day and comparing group.The result of histopathologic shows that group of High frequency point eye of vitamin C is good enough for Conventional frequency eye group,resulting to neat arrangement of hypothallus collagen fibers and few inflammatory cells having cellular infiltration.Conclusion High frequency in the day with additional subconjunctival injection of vitamin C at night has a better therapeutic effect to rabbit cornea alkali burns.
