干扰素联合氟尿嘧啶抑制增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变的观察

摘　　要：目的观察干扰素-r联合氟尿嘧啶对兔增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy,PVR)的抑制作用。方法将有色家兔24只随机分为4组。左眼为实验眼,建立PVR动物模型,各组分别于建模第2d在玻璃体腔内注射等体积药物,并在7、14、30d行裂隙灯、眼底、F-ERG、眼B超及视网膜组织病理学检查。结果与用等体积的干扰素-r或氟尿嘧啶组比较,联合用药组的PVR级别低于其余各组(P<0.05);视网膜略增厚但未见明显视网膜脱离;视网膜组织病理学检查:表面少量纤维增殖;而F-ERG b波波幅则与单独用药无统计学意义。结论 0.5mg氟尿嘧啶联合104干扰素-r对兔增生性玻璃体视网膜病变可起到抑制作用,其疗效优于单独用等体积的氟尿嘧啶或干扰素-r,且未见明显毒副作用。Objective To observe inhibition of interferon combination fluorouracil for Proliferative Vitreoretinopathy（PVR）.Methods 24 color rabbits were randomly divided into four groups.left eye is experiment eye.Establish PVR animal models,the next day,each groups inject the same volume different drugs in Vitreous body cavity,then in 7d、14d、30d to observe the differences by slit lamp,fundus F-ERG ultrasonic and histopathological.Results Compare to interferon-r or fluorouracil groups the combined treatment group PVR level below the rest groups（P 〈0.05）;The retina slightly thickened but saw no obvious retinal detachment;The retina histopathological examination： surface small fiber proliferation;And b amplitude of F-ERG was not statistically significant.Conclusion 0.5mg fluorouracil combination 104 interferon-γmay play a role in inhibition of proliferative vitreoretinopathy,its curative effect than the same volume of fluorouracil injection or interferon-r,with no obvious negative effects.
