摘　　要：目的探讨减轻阻生智齿拔除术后肿胀的翻瓣方法。方法选取低位智齿阻生患者70例,35例采用常规角形切口翻瓣(对照组),另外35例采用龈缘封套翻瓣法(实验组),观察两组病例术后肿胀情况。结果实验组肿胀百分率与对照组相比明显降低(P<0.05)。结论龈缘封套法翻瓣较传统术式可以明显减少患者术后肿胀的发生。Objective To discuss a modified flap design in order to alleviate post-operative swelling after extraction of impacted mandibular third-molar. Methods Seventy cases with Low-impacted mandibular third-molar teeth were selected. Routine lateral flap was performed on 35 cases. The envelope flap was performed on the other 35 cases. Degree of post-operative swelling was observed in both two groups. Result The percentage of swelling of experimental group is dramatically lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The envelope flap can significantly reduce post-operative swelling compare to the traditional approach in the extraction of impacted third-molar.
