化瘀散结片对视网膜脱离术后视功能恢复的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察化瘀散结片对视网膜脱离术后玻璃体混浊、视网膜下液吸收及术后视力的影响。方法:将62例原发性非复杂性孔源性视网膜脱离患者于术后随机分为治疗组和对照组各31例,于术后5天对照组予醋酸泼尼松治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用化瘀散结片治疗。分别于治疗开始时、术后1、3月行最佳矫正视力、玻璃体混浊程度、眼底检查,并进行统计学分析。结果:2组治疗后玻璃体混浊均有改善,其中治疗组玻璃体混浊明显吸收27只眼,占87.10%;对照组玻璃体混浊明显吸收20只眼,占64.52%,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组视网膜下液吸收平均天数为(3.79±2.36)天,对照组为(5.62±2.18)天,2组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗1月、3月后视力疗效显效率为51 61%和58.06%,对照组治疗1月、3月后视力疗效显效率均为32.26%,治疗3月后治疗组显效率明显优于对照组,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀散结片能显著改善视功能。Objective： To evaluate the effect of Huayu Sanjie Tablet on vitreous opacity, absorption of subretinal fluid （SRF） and eyesight after rhegmatogenous retinal detachment （RRD） surgery. Methods： Sixty-two cases after RRD surgery were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The two groups were treated with prednisone acetate 5 days after surgery. Additionally, the treatment group received Huayu Sanjie Tablet. The best corrected visual, vitreous turbidity and ocular fundus were detected before treatment, one month and 3 months after operation. The data was analyzed statistically. Results： After treatment, the vitreous opacity of both groups was improved. The vitreous opacity was obviously absorbed in 27 eyes （87.97%） of the treatment group, and in 20 eyes （64.52%）of the control group, the difference being significant（P〈 0.05）. The average time for SRF absorption was（3.79 ± 2.36）days in the treatment group, and was（5.62 ±2.18）days in control group, the difference being significant （P 〈 0.05）. The markedly effective rate for vision improvement was 51.61% one month after operation and 58.06% 3 months after operation in the treatment group, and was both 32.26% in the control group one month and 3 months after operation, the differences being significant between two group 3 months after operation （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Huayu Sanjie Tablet can remarkably promote visual function.
