针药合用治疗卒中后抑郁症50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针药合用治疗卒中后抑郁症的临床疗效。方法:将100例卒中后抑郁症患者随机分为2组各50例。对照组单纯服用盐酸氟西汀胶囊治疗,针药组采用盐酸氟西汀胶囊及电针治疗。观察2组治疗前后神经功能缺损评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分的变化。结果:2组总有效率比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2组神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.01);针药组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、HAMD评分改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0 01)。结论:针药合用治疗卒中后抑郁症疗效肯定。Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with medicine for post-stroke depression （PSD）. Methods： One hundred patients with PSD were equally randomized into 2 groups： the acupuncture-medication（AM） group and the control group. The AM group was treated with acupuncture and oral administration of Fluoxetine capsules, and the control group received oral administration of Fluoxetine capsules alone. The scores of neurological deficit and Hamilton rating scales for depression （HAMD） were observed. Results： The difference of the total effective rate was significant between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The scores of neurological deficit and HAMD were decreased in two groups after treatment （P 〈 0.01 compared with those before treatment）. The improvement of the scores of neurological deficit and HAMD in AM group was superior to those in the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with medicine has certain therapeutic effect for PSD.
