摘 要:针对城镇污水脱氮除磷处理技术难题,以提高微生物活性为切入点,开展了强化城镇污水生物脱氮除磷技术研究,并选取典型城镇污水处理厂在不同反应温度下进行了复合铁酶促活性污泥强化生物脱氮除磷效果、硝化速率及微生物活性的比较分析。结果表明,在12~15℃和22~27℃条件下,复合铁酶促活性污泥系统对COD、NH3-N、PO4^3-P的去除率较对比系统分别提高了6%、12.2%、33.9%和3%、3.7%、4.1%。在好氧硝化的前30min和90min内,复合铁酶促活性污泥的比硝化速率和平均比耗氧速率较对比活性污泥分别提高了28.5%和28.8%。复合铁酶促活性污泥在一定程度上提高了微生物活性,并强化了对氮、磷的去除能力,尤其对解决低温硝化问题具有重要意义。According to the difficulties of nitrogen and phosphorus removal from municipal sewage, taking to improve microbial activity in sewage treatment as cut-in point, the enhanced biological nitrogen and phosphorus removal technology was studied, and the treatment effect of compound ferric enzymatic activated sludge system (CFEASS), nitrification rate and microbial activity were compared and analyzed at different temperatures in a typical sewage treatment plant. The results show that at the temperature of 12 to 15℃ and 22 to 27 ℃, the removal efficiencies of COD, NH4^+ - N and PO3^ - - P by CFEASS are 6%, 12.2%, 33.9% and 3%, 3.7%, 4.1% higher than those by the control system. In the first 30 rain and 90 min of aerobic nitrification, the specific nitrification rate and average specific oxygen uptake rate (SOUR) of CFEASS are 28.5% and 28.8% higher than those of the control system. To some extent, CFEASS improves the microbial activity and enhances the treatment effect of N and P. It has important significance for improving nitrification efficiency at low-temperature conditions.
