摘 要:目的研究黄精粗多糖对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用二硝基氟苯诱导小鼠迟发型变态反应(耳肿胀法)测定细胞免疫功能;采用半数溶血值(HC50)测定法测定体液免疫功能;采用小鼠碳廓清法测定单核-巨噬细胞免疫功能。结果与空白对照组比较,0.72,0.36 g.kg-1.d-1黄精粗多糖能显著提高由二硝基氟苯诱导的小鼠耳肿胀的程度,且呈现剂量依赖关系;0.72,0.36,0.18 g.kg-1.d-1黄精粗多糖能显著增强小鼠体内溶血素的水平,且呈现剂量依赖关系;0.72,0.36,0.18 g.kg-1.d-1黄精粗多糖均能显著增强小鼠体内碳粒廓清的能力。黄精粗多糖能促进小鼠胸腺和脾脏的发育。结论黄精粗多糖能增强正常小鼠的细胞、体液和单核-巨噬细胞免疫功能。OBJECTIVE To study the effects of crude polysaccharides from Polygonati Rhizoma(CPPR) on immune function in normal mice.METHODS The cell immune function was assessed by delayed type hypersensitivity(DTH) induced by dinitrofluorobenzene(DNFB) in normal mice.The humoral immune function was assessed by determining HC50 in normal mice.The mononuclear phagocyte immune function was assessed by determining the capacity of carbon particle clearance in normal mice.RESULTS Compared with blank control group,0.72 and 0.36 g-kg-1-d-1 CPPR could significantly increase ear edema of normal mice induced by DNFB in a dose-dependent manner.And 0.72,0.36 and 0.18 g-kg-1-d-1 CPPR could significantly enhance haemolysin level in vivo in a dose-dependent manner,and could significantly enhance the capacity of carbon particle clearance in normal mice.CPPR could promote development of thymus and spleen in normal mice.CONCLUSION CPPR could enhance cell,humoral and mononuclear phagocyte immune functions in normal mice.
