摘 要:目的 :探讨GSTM1基因多态性与食管癌遗传易感性的可能关系。方法 :采用PCR法对正常人和食管癌患者基因组DNA进行GSTM1基因分型。结果 :1 0 8例食管癌患者中 68例为GSTM1 ( / )型 ;1 1 2例正常对照组标本中 5 5例为GSTM1 ( / )型。 2组人群GSTM1基因缺失率存在显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :GSTM1基因多态性与食管癌易感性相关 ,GSTM1 ( / )Objective:To investigate the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of glutathione S_transferase M1(GSTM1) and susceptibility to squamous cell carcinoma of esophagus.Method:The polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to the GSTM1 genotypes between the normals and the patients with esophageal cancer.Result:68 of 108 patients with esophageal cancer,and 55 of 112 normals were all GSTM1 nullification,but the rate of that in two groups had significant difference( P <0 05).Conclusion:There is a relationship between GSTM1 genetic polymorphisms and susceptibility to esophageal cancer,individuals with GSTM1 nullification had an increased risk of developing esophageal cancer.
