老年消化性溃疡92例分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨老年消化性溃疡的特点。方法 :所有患者均行胃镜及组织病理学检查 ,以明确溃疡的发生部位 ,并对老年组及中青年组患者的临床症状、溃疡大小、并发症等进行比较性研究。结果 :老年患者节律性腹痛出现率较低 ,主要表现为上腹部不适 ,厌食等症状 ;且溃疡较中青年患者深大 ,更易并发消化道穿孔、出血等 ;大多老年患者消瘦明显 ,常伴有紧张、焦虑等症状。结论 :老年消化性溃疡具有症状不典型 ,溃疡深大 。Objective:To study the clinical features of peptic ulcer in senile patients.Method:All the patients were examined to determine the locality of peptic ulcer by the gastroscope and the histopathology.The clinical symptoms,the size of ulcer,complicatioins were analyzed of the groups with the senile,middle_aged and young patients.Result:The incidence rate of the rhythmic abdominal pain was lower in senile patients,mainly the discomfort epigastrium and anorexia,in whom the size of ulcer was larger than the middle_aged and young patients,and easily complicated the perforation and hemorrbage of digestive tract.Conclusion:The senile patients with peptic ulcer were characterised by the atypical symptoms,the larger size of ulcer and highly_incidence of complications.
