摘　　要：结合高校维修工程的特点及难点,针对高校维修工程管理中急需解决的几个主要问题进行了分析,从管理团队,管理制度,项目立项决策三方面入手,探讨了加强维修工程管理的措施,以期提升高校维修工程管理水平,促进高校建设发展。Combining with the features and difficulties of university maintenance engineering, this paper analyzes several emergent issues needing solving in university maintenance engineering management, and explores the measures for strenghthening maintenance engineering management from three aspects of management group, management system, and project establishment and decision, so as to improve university maintenance engineering management level and to promote the university construction development.
