摘  要:氦- 氖(He- Ne) 激光作为一种临床疾病治疗的新技术已逐渐引起人们的重视,然而对周围神经性瘫痪治疗尚鲜有报道。作者对40 例临床确诊为周围神经性瘫痪病儿随机分为He- Ne 激光治疗组(16 例) ;针灸理疗组(15) 组;对照人组(9 例) 进行对照治疗研究。三组间年龄、性别、病种及瘫痪程度均无明显差别,激光组采用波长632-8nm He- Ne 激光针,输出功率10m W,根据瘫痪部位选穴位,每穴照射10 分钟,一日二次,7 天一疗程;针灸组除用针灸取代激光针外余均同激光组;对照组仅给维生素B6 ,呋喃硫胺治疗。结果发现:激光组治疗2 个疗程总有效率达87-6 % ,对照组仅22 % ,两组间有显著性差异(X2 = 8 .01 ,P< 0-01) 。尽管针灸组总有效率73-3 % ,与激光组无显著差异,但在第一疗程中激光组有效率明显示优于针灸组,有效率分别为11/16(68-7 % ) ;3/15(20 % ) ,统计学处理(X2= 4 .95  P< 0-02) 有显著性差异。神经传导速度的对照研究也提示He -Ne 激光产生的即刻效应可使神经传导速度平均增快10 % 左右,综上所述,He- Ne 激光针穴位治疗周围神经性瘫痪具有较好的疗效,?He-Ne laser,as a new instrument of therapy,has been well known but seldom utilized to treat peripheral paralysis.Forty cases of children with peripheral paralysis are randomly divided into three groups:Group Ⅰ consitst of 16 cases taben therapy by using He-Ne laser,Group Ⅱ consists of 15 cases taken acupuncture treatment and the group Ⅲ consists of 9 cases as control grorp.No significant difference exists in above three group at ages,sex,kinds of disease and degree of paralysis.Every patient in group Ⅰ was performed with He-Ne laser needle shining for 10 minutes per acupoint with 632.8nm,10 mW as output power,two time a daily and 7days as one course of treatment.And the acupoint was selected according to the parts of paralysis.The every patient in group Ⅱ was treated by same way but the laser needle was substituted by acupuncture.While the patients in control were only used Vitamin B6 and thiamin tetrahydrofuryl disulfide.After 2 courses of treatment results show that 87.6% of patients in group Ⅰ get effective but only 22% of the patients in group Ⅲ get affective.There is significant difference between the two group,(X 2=8.01,P<0.01).Although the total effective rate is 73.3% in group Ⅱ,which is not different significantly from gropu Ⅰ,but after one courses of treatment,the effective rate in group Ⅰ is higher than that in group Ⅱ,with 68.7%(11/16)and 20%(3/15)respectively.so there is also significant difference between the two group,(x 2=4.94,P<0.02).The speed of the neural transmission among the patients treated by He-Ne laser is 10% quicker than that among the control group.According to above results we come to the conclusions that if we use He-Ne laser needle to treat the patients with peripheral paralysis,we coule get better effective than we use acupuncture.Be cause using He-Ne laser needle has the benefits of safety,painlessness,no nosocomial infection and no faint taking place,This is a kind of satisfactory therapy for treatment an recovery.
