摘　　要：通过对高技能人才在我国东、中、西、东北各区域及第一、二、三产业间分布失衡的现象进行分析,探索性地构建高技能人才区域综合失衡程度的测度体系及测度方法,定量化地研究高技能人才的失衡程度。This paper analyzes the high-skilled talents imbalance among the eastern,central,western and northeastern regions and among the primary industry,secondary industry and tertiary industries,building the integrated measurement system and the methods to measure the degree of imbalance,and making quantitative study of the regional and industrial imbalance level of high-skilled talents.
