摘 要:运用气相色谱-电子捕获(GC-ECD)法对杭州湾滨岸潮滩表层沉积物样品中的有机氯农药(OCPs)进行了定量分析.结果表明,沉积物中有机氯农药(OCPs)总含量在2.38~17.71ng.g-1(以干重计,下同)之间,其中,六六六类(HCH)农药含量在0.33~8.75ng.g-1之间,滴滴涕类农药(DDT)含量在0.02~3.74ng.g-1之间.沉积物中OCPs的总体空间分布为:钱塘江杭州河段>杭州湾南岸>杭州湾北岸.OCPs含量与有机碳(TOC)含量之间呈显著正相关关系,但相关系数较低(r=0.626,p<0.01),说明有机氯农药在沉积物中的含量水平不仅受TOC含量的控制,还受沿岸水动力沉积环境、沉积物组分以及人类活动等综合因素的影响.杭州湾沿岸地区沉积物中DDT和HCH的组成特征表明,其主要来源于风化较久的土壤中的农药残留,但在H10(建塘江)和H12(西江闸)站点存在新的农药输入.杭州湾滨岸地区表层沉积物样品中的OCPs的生态风险较低,尚未对生物造成明显的负面影响.Organochlorine pesticides (OCPs) in surface intertidal sediments of the Hangzhou Bay were measured by gas chromatography with electrochemical detection (GC-ECD). According to the results,the total content of OCPs in sediments ranged from 2.38 ng·g^-1 to 17.71 ng·g^-1 (dry weight). The hexachlorocyclohexane (HCH) content ranged from 0.33~8.75 ng·g^-1 and the dichlorodiphenyltrichloroethane (DDT) concentration ranged from 0.02~3.74 ng·g^-1. The spatial distribution of OCPs presented the following sequence:Hangzhou part of the Qiantang River south bank of Hangzhou Bay north bank of Hangzhou Bay. The correlation between OCPs and TOC concentration in sediments was significant (r=0.626,p0.01),which suggested that the level of OCPs in sediment was not only determined by the organic carbon content,but also closely related to the hydrodynamic conditions,sediment composition and human activity along the coastal zone. The composition characteristics of DDT and HCH in sediments indicated that they mostly come from the residue of agricultural soils,but new input was present at the H10 and H12 sites. There was no obvious ecological risk of OCPs in the sediments of Hangzhou Bay.
