摘　　要：随着多媒体网络技术的飞速发展和应用,以教师为中心的课堂授课传统模式彻底地转到以学生为中心的新型自主学习的模式,对于进行网络学习的成人来说,如何强化提高他们有效的自主学习能力,是网络教育领域中一个重要的研究主题。With the rapid development and application of multimedia network technology,teacher-centered traditional classroom model is completely turned into a new type of student-centered self-learning mode,for adult learning by internet,how to strengthen and improve learning ability effectively is an important research topic in the field of online education.
