摘　　要：目的 研究Neuritin蛋白对大鼠急性脊髓损伤（SCI）后神经中丝蛋白（NF200）与生长相关蛋白43（GAP-43）表达的调节.方法 用改良Allens WD法致伤大鼠T10节段脊髓.实验组经蛛网膜下腔置管局部连续给药Neuritin蛋白（6 μg/d）7 d,对照组给予等量HIS蛋白.术后3、7、14、28、42 d给予免疫组织化学染色观察损伤段脊髓NF200、GAP-43的表达.结果 损伤后7、14、28、42 d,实验组NF200与GAP-43的累加积分光密度值（integrated option density, IOD SUM）明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）.其中,NF200伤后7 d仅有个别细胞阳性,28 d时最为明显 GAP-43在脊髓损伤后表达上调,伤后14 d最为明显,之后逐渐下降.结论 急性脊髓损伤后,Neuritin蛋白体内给药可上调NF200与GAP-43的表达.Objective To investigate the regulatory effect of Neuritin on the expression of neurofilament protein and growthassociated protein- 43 in rats after acute spinal cord injury （ASCI）. Methods The acute spinal cord injury was performed in T10 segment spinal of rats with the improved Alleng weightdrop（WD） method（ 15 g ×20 cm）. Neuritin was injected into the injured region of the experimental group through the PE10 Plastic tube in subarachnoid space in first week after SC1, the control group instead of equivalent HIS protein. At the 3, 7, 14, 28, 42 days after SCI, the immunohistochemical examination was made to observe the expression of NF200 and GAP -43 in the injured spinal cords. Results At the 1,14,28,42 days after SCI, the integrated option density （ IOD SUM） of experimental group was higher than the control group significantly（P 〈 0. 05）. Besides, at the 1 week after SCI, there were several cells have the positive expression of NF200, and at the 4 weeks after SIC, it＇s the most significantly（ P 〈0. 05 ） ; The most significantly positive expression of GAP- 43 （ P 〈 0. 05） was at the 14 clays after ASIC. Conclusion Neuritin can up - regulate the expression of GAP-43 and NF200.
