摘　　要：在生物及生物技术的研究和应用中,RNA的提取已经成为重要的基本实验技术。本研究对CTAB法提取RNA的过程中影响因素进行分析,尝试采用改良的CTAB方法从动物组织中提取总RNA。通过紫外分光光度法和凝胶电泳检测分析可知,采用该方法提取的总RNA纯度高,完整性好,电泳条带完整清晰,可以进行下一步的分子生物学研究。结果表明,用改良的CTAB法提取动物组织RNA是切实可行的,它具有简便、实用性强的特点,是一个符合分子生物学实验教学要求的新方法。The technique of extracting total RNA has become an important and basic technique in biology and biotechnology research and application.In this paper,after studying various factors affecting RNA extraction quality with CTAB method,We use the modified CTAB method to extract total RNA with high purity and yield from animal tissues.The quality and quantity of total RNA were tested through UV spectrometer and gel electrophoresis.The results indicated that the total RNA were purity,high quality and non-pollution,which could be used for the subsequent experiments.Compared with other methods,the procedure was simple and economic.It is a new method that meets the need of molecular biology lab teaching.
