根管消毒封闭与否对根管治疗的疗效影响观察

摘　　要：目的探讨急性根尖周炎患者行根管治疗时根管消毒封闭与否对其的疗效影响。方法纳入东莞市桥头医院门诊口腔科180例(246颗患牙)急性根尖周炎患者,随机分为两组,观察组和对照组各90例(123颗患牙)。观察组在炎症消除后用甲醛甲酚(FC)开放5d,再用Cortisomol加牙胶根充;对照组在炎症消除后用碘仿氢氧化钙进行根管封闭消毒1周治疗,再用同法做根充。比较上述两种方法在根充1周后的疼痛发生情况及1年后的临床疗效。结果患者根充1周后,观察组疼痛发生率为8.9%,对照组疼痛发生率为13.8%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。根充术后1年后观察组有效率为93.5%,对照组总有效率为88.6%,两组有效率比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论根管消毒封闭与否对于根充后近期的疼痛情况有明显影响,对于根管治疗的术后1年疗效不产生影响。Objective Patients with acute apical root canal therapy root canal disinfection influence the efficacy of its closed or not.Methods Included 180 patients in Qiaotou Hospital of Dongguan dentistry（246 teeth） in patients with acute apical periodontitis,were randomly divided into two groups,the observation group and control group is both 90 patients（123 teeth）.The treatment group use FC after eliminate Inflammation and opening 5d,then Cortisomol Gutta percha filling,the control group after the elimination of the inflammation of calcium hydroxide with iodoform for root canal disinfection closed 1 week treatment,then the same method do root canal.Comparing the two methods in the root canal pain after 1 week and the clinical efficacy after 1 year.Results After 1 week the pain rate was 8.9% in the observation group,the pain rate was 13.8% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After 1 year the effective rate was 93.5% in the control group,the other group was 88.6%,the efficiency difference between the two groups was not significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Root canal disinfection after root canal closed or not for the recent situation has significant effect on pain,root canal therapy for the effect after 1 year is not an impact.
