睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗难治性青光眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨睫状体平坦部滤过术治疗难治性青光眼的可行性,有效性与安全性。方法对难治性青光眼22例(22眼)行该手术,观察手术前后视力、眼压等指标变化。结果全部病例术后高眼压症都获缓解,经过2年随访,眼压较满意,视力稳定或提高,未出现严重并发症。结论浅池状睫状体平坦部滤过术是治疗难治性青光眼一种安全有效的方法,值得推广和进一步深入研究。Objective To investigate the effectiveness feasibility and security of pars planar filtration surgery for refractory glaucoma.Methods 22 eyes of refractory glaucoma were performed surgery with pars planar filtration surgery.The Intraocular pressure and visual acuity were observed before and after the surgery.Results 22 eyes of refractory glaucoma were undergone this technique of surgery the IOP of 45 eyes were satisfactorily controlled.No severe complications occurred during and after the surgery.Conclusion Pars planar filtration surgery is an effective safe and feasible surgical technique for refractory glaucoma.
