摘　　要：本文主要是从当前我国上市公司信息披露管理办法入手,分析上市公司会计信息披露中存在的问题,继而找出存在这些问题的原因。Starting from the management method of information disclosure in the current listed company of our country,this article analyzes the problems in information disclosure of listed company to find the the reason for these problems.
