摘  要:相关研究表明变革型领导对创新与创造力有积极的推进作用,但是其中的作用机理并不明确。基于文献研究和实际调研,本研究建立了包含变革型领导、团队文化及团队创造力之间相关关系的理论模型。通过对78个科研团队的有效样本进行数据分析,实证结果发现,变革型领导对团队创造力具有显著的正向影响;变革型领导通过团队支持文化、团队灵活变革文化和团队市场绩效文化影响科研团队创造力,但层级规范文化对变革型领导与科研团队创造力之间的关系不起中介作用;研究还发现,变革型领导对团队层级规范文化有推动作用。研究结果对科研团队领导和创造力管理具有积极的理论指导意义。Relevant research shows that transformational leadership Style is a positive factor to promote innovation and creativity,but its mechanism is not clear.Based on the review of relevant literature and survey,this paper constructs a theoretical model considering three factors in the model together.So the purpose here is to explore a little further into the causal relationship about three factors including transformational leadership style,team culture and team creativity.This study is focused on scientific research teams from several well-known research institutes in china.Through data analysis of 78 effective samples of scientific research teams,empirical results show that transformational leadership style has a significant impact on team creativity.Except for hierarchy culture,clan culture,adhocracy culture and market culture have a mediating effect on the relationship between transformational leadership style and team creativity.Meanwhile,transformational leadership style shows a direct influence on hierarchy culture.Related results are of positive guidance to leaders of scientific research teams and creativity management.
