摘　　要：企业竞争力的实质是企业有效使用各种生产要素的能力,即企业对自身可控资源进行整合后投入到关键领域的能力。在实施资源整合过程中,本文从关键成功因素的角度试图把资源基础论中的要素与关键成功因素相结合,识别关键资源,立足关键资源,同时把握其他发展所必要的资源,最终形成竞争优势。Competitiveness is the essence of effective use of various factors of production capability,firms for their own resources to control the back into the key areas.In the process of implementing the resources integration,from the perspective of the critical success factor,this paper combined the resources of the key elements and success factors,identified key resources,and stood at the resources,at the same time grasped other necessary resources and formed the competitive advantage.
