摘  要:以聚苯乙烯乳液为种球、氯霉素为模板分子、甲基丙烯酸为功能单体、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂,采用单步种子溶胀法与二步种子溶胀法制备了单分散氯霉素分子印迹聚合物微球,用光学显微镜和扫描电镜对微球的形貌进行了表征,并用静态吸附实验考察了微球的吸附识别性能。结果表明,二步种子溶胀法制备的微球分散性、吸附识别性能最佳,平均粒径为8.44μm,分散系数为14.2%,分离因子为3.39。The monodisperse molecularly imprinted polymer microsphere(MIPMs)for chloramphenicol was prepared by one-step seed swelling and two-step seed swelling method using linear polystyrene emulsion as seeds,methacrylic acid(MAA)as functional monomer and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate(EDMA)as crosslinker,respectively.The surface features of MIPMs were analyzed with optical microscope and SEM,and the adsorption properties of microspheres were analyzed with static adsorption experiments.The results showed that dispersion coefficient,separation factor of microspheres made by two-step seed swelling were better,the average size was 8.44 μm,dispersion coefficient was 14.2%,separation factor was 3.39.
