摘　　要：溶酶体相关4次跨膜蛋白质（LAPTM4）B是最近发现的一个新基因，具有癌基因的特性，对其结构、生物学功能、基因多态性及预后与肿瘤关系等进行初步探讨。Lysosomal associated protein transmembrane 4 B （LAPTMdB） is a recently discovered gene with the characteristics of oncogenes. This article presents a preliminary review of the structure, biological function and genetic polymorphisms of LAPTM4B and its role in cancer prognosis.
