摘　　要：新世纪食品行业快速发展,社会对食品专业技术人才需求增加,同时对食品专业人才的培养提出了更高的要求。河南工业大学粮油食品学院结合自己的专业特色,对食品专业创新型人才的培养模式进行了探索,从专业培养目标和人才培养方案两个方面提出了人才培养基本思路,并在理论教学课的建设、课程内容、"精品课"的建设、实践教学课的建设方面提出了建议,以期揭示食品专业创新型人才的培养模式。In the new century,food industry develops quickly,and the society demands more technicians majoring in food speciality,and puts a higher standard for the cultivation of innovative talents.Based on the speciality feature,College of Food Science and Technology of Henan University of Technology explored and practised the innovative mode for fats-engineering speciality.It raised the basic thread in cultivating targets of speciality and programme for cultivating talents,and it explored and practised the innovative mode for food speciality in the construction of theory-subject teaching,the content of curriculum,the construction of exquisite subjects and practice-subjects,expecting to reveal the innovative mode for food speciality.
