摘　　要：以开发"人力资源管理系统"为契机,对框架及组件技术在分布式软件开发过程中的应用作了有益的探索,以Struts框架为构建整个软件系统的核心框架,采用基于MVC设计模式的Struts框架,使得页面和代码实现了分离,既保证了系统的稳定,也大大节约了开发时间,提高了开发的效率。This article to the development of ＂human resources management system＂,chance for the framework and component technology in a distributed software development process as a useful application,struts framework to search for the establishment of the software system to the core of the mvc framework is based on design patterns of struts framework has achieved the separation of code pages and ensures the stability of the system at the same time,the development of economy,improving the efficiency.
