多校区高校教学管理中的若干问题探讨

摘　　要：介绍了多校区高校教学管理的三种模式及其特点，分析了教学管理中存在的交通和通信、教学安排、实践教学运行、教学保障和教学质量监控等方面的问题，以提高教育教学质量、培养高素质人才为根本出发点和落脚点，在树立大局观念、优化教学资源配置、激发教职员工积极性和校际优质教学资源共享等方面进行探讨。Three types of teaching management model and their characteristics are introduced.Several problems about transportation and communication,teaching affairs arrangement,practical teaching operation,teaching guarantee and teaching quality supervision are deeply analyzed.Finally,some countermeasures are put forward on the establishment of overall situation idea,optimization of teaching resources allocation,the staff motivation and the sharing of top quality teaching resources among different new campuses belonging to other universities in order to improve the teaching quality and foster personnel of high quality.
