摘  要:为建立人脑膜瘤的动物模型,我们从临床中获得的5 例脑膜瘤手术标本移植于裸鼠肾包膜下和皮下,结果肾包膜下移植的12 只裸鼠有11 只获得肿瘤生长,成功率91-7 % 。肿瘤的体积在4 ~10 周可达原体积的2 ~3 倍。血管形成很明显,并随肿瘤体积不断增大而数目增多,管径增粗。病理切片示移植于裸鼠的肿瘤与原外科手术切除的标本在形态学上一致,保持了人类脑膜瘤的形态特点。而皮下移植的6 只裸鼠仅1 只出现肿瘤成活,成功率为16-7 % 。二组之间经统计学处理有显著性差异( P< 0-01) 。这项研究表明人类脑膜瘤在裸鼠肾包膜下移植是一种很好的模型建立方法。? To develop a reproducible model in vivo for the growth of human meningiomas, meningiomas from 5 patients were implanted into the subrenal capsule or subcutis of the nude mouse. Successful tumor growth was observed in 11 of the 12 nude mice implanted tumor into subrenal capsule (91.7%). Tumor doubling occured in 4 to 10 weeks in all of implanted tumor, neovascularity was present and increased as the tumors grew larger. Each of the implanted tumor had a histological pattern similar to that of the corresponding original specimen. Contrary to these, tumor growth was observed only in 1 of 6 nude mice implanted tumor subcutaneously (16.7%). Statistical tests showed significant difference between two different implanting methods (P<0.01). It means that implanting human meningiomas into subrenal capsule of nude mouse is a perfect way to develop a model. It is also a basic research for studying the modification of hormone and synthetic therapy with human meningiomas.
