摘 要:针对各国规范对混凝土构件的裂缝宽度计算方法纷繁复杂及对闭口箱型构件的裂缝宽度计算仍无章可循的局面,基于不同的裂缝宽度计算理论,对比分析了各国混凝土设计规范中关于开口截面裂缝宽度计算公式的参数;结合实际工程的典型钢筋混凝土箱梁桥,分别按各国混凝土设计规范的计算公式预测其裂缝宽度,并与箱梁桥的裂缝实测值进行比对,分析结果差异的原因。在此基础上,综合不同箱室布置、支撑方式及配筋的钢筋混凝土箱梁桥的有关研究成果,提出了对现行公路桥梁规范(JTG D62-2004)中裂缝宽度预测公式的参数修正方法。结果表明,利用修正公式计算的裂缝宽度与实桥的实测值吻合较好。该修正方法可弥补原有公式的不足,可适用于钢筋混凝土箱梁桥的裂缝宽度预测。Calculation formulas for crack width of concrete members in the standards of different countries are different from each other,and calculation method for crack width of closed section members(such as box girder) could not be founded in any criterion currently.In terms of different computation theories of crack width,comparative analysis of parameters in calculation formulas of crack width of open cross-section members in the standards of different countries was performed.Then,a typical reinforced concrete box girder bridge was selected,its crack widths were predicted by the above-mentioned formulas,and comparison of measured crack widths of the bridge with calculation values was completed,and the reasons for the differences were analyzed.Based on the above work,by summing up the research of reinforcement concrete box girder bridges with different chambers,support modes and steel bar arrangements,the method for modifying the parameters of the formulas for simple calculation of reinforced concrete box girder in existing highway bridge specification(JTG D62-2004) was recommended.The results show that the crack widths calculated by modified formula and the measured values agree well.The modified method could make up the deficiency of original formula and is fit for predicting crack widths of reinforcement concrete box girder bridges.
