连续波热牙胶在后牙弯曲根管治疗中的作用

摘　　要：目的:评价连续波热牙胶根管充填技术(continuous wave of condensation technique,CW)充填后牙弯曲根管的效果。方法:选取2008年6月～2010年1月确诊为牙髓根尖周病的后牙弯曲根管60例,随机分为三组(每组各20例),实验组分别采用连续波热牙胶、ObturaⅡ、冷牙胶侧压三种方法充填根管,记录单个根管的根管充填时间,根充后即刻拍X线牙片评价根充效果,术后半年定期复查评价疗效。比较三种充填方法的根充时间、充填效果以及疗效。结果:连续波热牙胶组根管充填时间少于ObturaⅡ与冷牙胶侧压组,充填效果优于冷牙胶侧压组,疗效优于ObturaⅡ组与冷牙胶侧压组。结论:连续波热牙胶根管充填适用于后牙弯曲根管,操作快速有效,是一种值得在临床推荐使用的根管充填方法。Objective：To evaluate the effect of curved canal obturation in posterior teeth using continuous wave of condensation technique Method：60 cases with curved canals of posterior teeth which need root canal therapy（RCT） were selected and followed up 1～3 years.The patients were randomly divided into three groups of 20 teeth each.The teeth from group A,group B and group C were obturated Using continuous wave of condensation technique,ObturaⅡcondensation technique and cold laterally compacted technique,respectively.The patients were recalled and observed after 6 months.Result：The continuous wave group took the shortest time among these three groups.The continuous wave group resulted in a significantly greater density compared with cold lateral compaction group.The continuous wave group resulted in a significantly better clinical evaluation compared with compared with the other two groups.Conclusion：Continuous wave obturation technique is rapid,simple and effective in obturating curved canals of posterior teeth,and it should be recommanded in clinic.
