多层螺旋CT对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的诊断

摘　　要：目的探讨MSCT对胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析手术病理证实的7例胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的MSCT表现。结果2例肿瘤位于胰头，1例胰体尾部，4例位于胰尾部。2例瘤体以囊性为主，1例为囊实混合性，4例以实性为主。其中2例肿瘤有钙化。增强后实性部分动脉期轻度强化，静脉期明显强化；囊性部分无强化。结论胰腺实性-假乳头状瘤的MSCT表现有一定特征，对其诊断及确定手术方案有重要价值。Objective To explore MSCT diagnostic value in solid--pseudopapillary tumor of the panereas（SPTP）. Methods CT features of SPTP proved by surgery and pathology in 7 cases were retrospectively analyzed. Results The tumors located in the head of pancreas in 2, body and tail in one, tail in in 4 cases. The tumors appeared as cystic mainly in 2, solid mainly in 4 cases and cystic-- solid in 1 case. Calcifications could be seen in two cases. After contrast administration, solid parts of the tumors were mild enhancement during arterial phase and marked enhancement during vein phase. No enhancement was observed in cyst regions during both phases. Conclusion SPTP is of certain CT characteristics,which play an important role in diagnosis and the planning surgery of this disease.
