COX-2和VEGF在食管癌中的表达及其与放射敏感性的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨环氧合酶-2(COX-2)和血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在食管癌中的表达及其与放射敏感性的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测60例食管癌组织放疗前COX-2和VEGF的表达情况,并分析COX-2、VEGF及二者联合表达与放射敏感性的关系。结果 60例食管癌组织COX-2和VEGF阳性表达率分别为68.3%(41/60)和76.7%(46/60),二者表达呈显著正相关(r=0.526,P<0.01)。COX-2或VEGF阳性表达患者的放疗疗效低,且二者均阳性表达者较均阴性表达者的放疗疗效亦低。结论 COX-2和VEGF在食管癌中的表达显著正相关,二者可作为食管癌放射敏感性和预测食管癌近期疗效的重要指标。Objective To research the expressions of cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） and vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF） and the relationship between them and radiosensitivity in esophageal carcinoma patients. Methods The expressions of COX- 2 and VEGF were observed by SP immunohistochemical staining method in 60 cases of esophagus squamous cell carcinoma patients be- fore radiotherapy, and the coexpression of COX-2 and VEGF and the relationship with radiosensitivity were analyzed as well. Results In 60 cases of esophageal carcinoma patients, the positive rates of COX-2 and VEGF were 68.3% and 76.7% , and there was close positive correlation between COX-2 and VEGF expression （ r = 0. 526, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The positive expression had both negative correlations with the radiotherapy effect. Conclusion COX-2 and VEGF are important referencing index that could reflect the radiosensitivity and radiotherapy effect for esophageal carcinoma.
